La répoinse était :
select sex,
count (sex)
from personne
where numpersonne in (select distinct presence.PR_PE_ID from presence, Session, Atelier
where Presence.PR_SE_ID = Session.SE_ID
and Session.SE_AL_ID= Atelier.AL_ID
and atelier.AL_ID in ({'PatelierID'}))
group by sex
