May 2003 I send the next email to PcSoft :

We are in the midst of selling our product to a reasonable 'big' prospect.
The prospect have also their own (small) softwaredivision (not using WinDev). This division is going to create Webservices and one of their demands is that they can access the hyperfile-database in a read and write (!!) manner.

Is their any chance that there is coming a possible write access driver (ODBC ...) for hyperfiles in the near future ? If so, can you give me a approximately date

As you can imagine the answer of PCSoft was negative.
(no plans for this in near or medium term future)
but maybe with their Hyperfile C/S ideas their narrowmindness will dissapear a little.

In the meantime, if someone got a solution I'm most interested.
